Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of modern employee communication portals and enterprise-wide business solutions within Office 365 and SharePoint Online.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the development of applications using Microsoft SharePoint Online and related technologies.
• Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed software development sprint plans and release schedules.
• Map user requirements to standard Office 365 features, identify customization needs, and estimate implementation effort.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to build internal technical capability.
• Present technical solutions to business stakeholders to address organizational issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a SharePoint Architect or Consultant.
• Deep expertise in Office 365, SharePoint Online, Yammer, Stream, and Teams.
• Experience with SharePoint 2019.
• Proficiency in web part development, including identifying when to use standard versus custom solutions.
• Experience with search customizations and integrating third-party software and tools.
• Technical proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON.
• Ability to configure standard and third-party web parts.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Any Graduate education level is acceptable.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
