You will design, architect, and implement custom business solutions using SharePoint, Power Platform, and M365.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy M365 Online SharePoint sites and supporting applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Manage, configure, and maintain SharePoint Farms, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform environments.
• Lead end-to-end migration projects from on-premises SharePoint to the cloud, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize SharePoint farm configurations and system performance.
• Participate in client meetings, status updates, and developer scrums to discuss deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SharePoint and M365 architecture and development.
• Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agent.
• Proven track record leading complex migrations of SharePoint environments with diverse content structures and permissions.
• Deep understanding of SharePoint workflows and integration with Microsoft services.
• Experience with Pointfire (on-premises and online), Gimmal Records Management, and Nintex Workflow or Forms.
• Knowledge of Project Server 2016 and Hare Point Analytics.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure applications.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals, or Microsoft 365 Developer Associate.
