Description

You will design, code, test, and maintain application software across the full systems life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders to design technical solutions aligned with IT strategies and architectural standards.
• Reverse engineer existing applications to develop modern replacements within the Power Platform space.
• Own the full development lifecycle, including coding, implementation, and ongoing application support.
• Participate in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, and buy vs. build evaluations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and customers to deliver automation and business intelligence solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SharePoint architecture and development, including M365.
• Expertise in Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Proficiency with Cloud-Dataverse, Azure, and Graph API.
• Strong development skills in .NET technologies, JavaScript, JSON, REST, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, SMS, IIS, Active Directory, and Server Manager.
• Ability to design UI/UX using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design solutions.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Solid understanding of systems analysis, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Teams integration and advanced automation workflows.
