Description

You will lead business analysis for SharePoint migration projects, translating business needs into technical specifications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for SharePoint Online and On-Premises environments.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for migration initiatives.
• Create process flows and technical specifications from business requirements.
• Conduct user training, prepare user guides, and provide post-migration support.
• Ensure compliance with information governance and data migration best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience leading SharePoint migration projects.
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises.
• Hands-on experience with migration tools such as ShareGate and Metalogix.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on timelines and deliverables.
• Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in information governance and compliance requirements.
