You will lead business analysis for SharePoint implementation and migration projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Design and test SharePoint and web-based content management solutions.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
• Conduct user training, prepare guides, and provide post-migration support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst within SharePoint projects.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft SharePoint as a designer (lists, libraries, content types).
• Experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises environments.
• Proficiency with SharePoint migration tools like ShareGate and Metalogix.
• Experience working with SCRUM/Agile development methodology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on delivering business value.
• Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
