Description

You will manage the transition of business operations into SharePoint environments through requirement gathering, migration planning, and post-migration support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Map business operations of acquired entities to existing processes and document technical and business requirements.
• Configure SharePoint Out-of-the-Box features in classic and modern sites, including web parts, columns, and views.
• Execute migration project planning, including workload inventory analysis, licensing, provisioning, and metadata migration.
• Provide hypercare support by managing support tickets and resolving user-reported issues post-migration.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and site owners to manage pre- and post-migration responsibilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 4+ years of experience working within M365 environments, specifically SharePoint Online, MS Teams, OneDrive, and Viva Engage.
• 3+ years of experience with Power Platform.
• Proficiency with SharePoint Designer, Master Pages, Page Layouts, and InfoPath.
• Experience conducting quality assurance with a focus on user experience.
• Strong communication skills for managing global stakeholders.
• Ability to create technical documentation, user guides, and communication drafts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using migration tools such as AvePoint Fly, Metalogix, Sharegate, or BitTitan.
