Proficiency in migrating legacy network shared files to Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint environments.

Experience with engineering high-level SharePoint security group models and access permission structures.

Experience in utilizing Jira to document complex technical use cases, tasks, and agile user stories.

Experience with developing intricate business process models and architectural artifacts utilizing Microsoft Visio.

Experience in updating enterprise system governance documentation and conducting structured requirements reviews.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present technical recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities

Architect comprehensive enterprise SharePoint site solutions to modernize organizational file storage operations.

Analyze legacy network shares, security groups, and user permissions to facilitate seamless data migrations.

Discover and document applications accessing network shares to define critical read and write technical dependencies.

Conduct structured interviews with subject matter experts to elicit and compile complex system requirements.

Author detailed technical user stories, operational tasks, and robust use cases within the Jira platform.

Revise and maintain detailed SharePoint governance documents to ensure strict enterprise data compliance.

Deliver technical briefings to project teams and executive leadership regarding proposed SharePoint models
