Description

Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design for SharePoint-based business processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and enhancement needs.
• Document business processes and map requirements for SharePoint solutions.
• Support PST working hours and communicate effectively with distributed teams.
• Drive solution design and requirements documentation for SharePoint initiatives.
• Identify process improvements and define technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total experience, with significant exposure to SharePoint (development, administration, or BA work).
• Strong background in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Experience working in Process Manufacturing or Software Product companies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on business process optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Process Manufacturing or Software Product sectors.
