Lead SharePoint migration projects, translating business needs into technical specifications and ensuring successful data transfer.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications for migration initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Conduct user training, prepare user guides, and provide post-migration support.
• Apply information governance and data migration best practices to ensure compliance.
• Interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align solutions with business value.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Deep understanding of SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint migration tools like ShareGate or Metalogix.
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage timelines and resources.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in conducting user training and creating technical documentation.
• Knowledge of information governance and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with complex, large-scale migration projects.
