You gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SharePoint migration projects, ensuring accurate translation of needs into technical solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional requirements for SharePoint Online and On-Premises migrations.
• Create process flows, business requirement documents, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate solution designs against business needs.
• Support UAT, issue resolution, and post-migration support activities.
• Develop user training materials and ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong focus on SharePoint migration projects.
• In-depth understanding of SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises.
• Experience with migration tools such as ShareGate and Metalogix.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
• Experience conducting user training and creating user guides.
• Familiarity with information governance and data migration best practices.
