Description

You will provide technical consulting and support for on-premises and cloud-based SharePoint environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex SharePoint issues regarding performance, administration, site configuration, and customization.
• Manage SharePoint administration tasks using Central Admin and SQL Management Studio.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving IIS, Active Directory, and SQL Server.
• Support on-premises SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online environments.
• Handle customer technical issues through direct engagement and resolution.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with SharePoint 2013, 2016, or 2019.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both on-premises SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online.
• Experience with Windows Active Directory Services and IIS.
• Working knowledge of SQL and SQL Management Studio.
• Understanding of networking technologies including DNS, TCP/IP, and sub-netting.
• Familiarity with web standards such as HTTP, JavaScript, CSS, and XML.
• 6+ years of technical support, consulting, or IT experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT.
• Fluent professional English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Preferred Skills

• PowerShell scripting knowledge.
• MCSA or MCSE certifications.
• Microsoft Project knowledge.
