Description

You will handle business analysis and solution design to support Pre Construction business processes and the Transportation Life Cycle.

Responsibilities

• Design custom SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types for web-based content management.
• Translate design requirements into manageable user stories for the development team.
• Prioritize and track progress on work items, deliverables, and project dependencies.
• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) testing and coordinate test validation and implementation.
• Draft and deliver technical training materials and user documentation for re-engineered business processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and evaluating/re-engineering business processes.
• 8+ years of experience designing and testing SharePoint and web-based content management solutions.
• 8+ years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• 8+ years of experience writing technical training materials and user documentation.
• 8+ years of experience in project management and product ownership.
• 3+ years of experience using the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to explain business processes to IT and IT applications to business users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps.
• Experience using Balsamiq Wireframes.
• Working knowledge of NC DOT Pre Construction or Transportation Life Cycle processes.
