Description

Manage and upgrade complex SharePoint environments, transitioning from on-premises SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Subscription while maintaining strict compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute the upgrade from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Subscription, ensuring secure handling of NERC-CIP/BCSI data.
• Redevelop deprecated InfoPath forms and workflows into Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Restructure site collections into proper Hub architectures and fix broken site page formatting using SPO standards.
• Remediate broken lists, list views, and version history configurations across multiple environments.
• Manage functionality across three distinct environments: Commercial, GCCH, and on-premises.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SharePoint (on-premises and SharePoint Online).
• Proficiency in PowerShell for SharePoint Online administration and automation.
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow and form redevelopment.
• Knowledge of handling NERC-CIP/BCSI data within cloud and on-premises environments.
• Experience managing site formatting, custom scripting, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and CyberArk for access control and security processes.
• Understanding of GCCH tenant constraints and limitations.
• Ability to rebuild custom HTML/CSS/JS elements to meet modern SPO standards.
