Description

You will design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites and applications for the Data, Analytics, & Visualizations Division.

Responsibilities

• Design and document IT solutions that adhere to State of Michigan technology standards.
• Develop software code based on specific application requirements and best practices.
• Create and maintain system documentation, including specifications, flow diagrams, and test plans.
• Test systems to ensure compliance with business rules and document results.
• Perform root cause analysis for identified problems and manage defect tracking.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in application development.
• Proficiency in SharePoint development.
• Experience with .NET.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with Java.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and the systems development life cycle.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
