Description

Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites and applications for the Data, Analytics, & Visualizations Division in Lansing, MI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and document IT solutions following standard technology protocols.
• Develop software code based on technical designs and maintain system documentation.
• Gather requirements from business clients to guide SharePoint development.
• Create, execute, and document test plans to ensure business rule compliance.
• Monitor work requests, resolve help desk tickets, and provide user training.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with SharePoint development.
• Proficiency in the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience gathering business requirements.
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
• Working knowledge of the MS Office 365 Suite.
• Strong documentation skills for specs, flow diagrams, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to translate technical terminology for non-technical audiences.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, Business Objects, Tableau, SQL, or Linux.
