Description

You will serve as the senior technical lead for the analysis, design, and development of enterprise SharePoint sites and integrated Microsoft workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and enhance existing SharePoint sites and integrated Microsoft product workflows.
• Design and document new SharePoint sites, ensuring alignment with enterprise communication and collaboration strategies.
• Manage project lifecycles by tracking progress, identifying risk factors, and developing mitigation plans.
• Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting software issues, account management, and remote technical assistance.
• Create technical documentation, user manuals, and training resources for project deployment and system use.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Microsoft SharePoint development and support.
• Deep expertise in integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft products and workflows.
• Proven experience with systems development methodologies and project management practices.
• Strong ability to manage account setups, access issues, and patch management.
• Experience delivering technical presentations and training to senior and executive management.
• Skilled in incident reporting, system monitoring, and escalation procedures.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships within diverse IT organizations and with vendor staff.
