Description

You will build, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions to support departmental and legal document management needs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and pages using modern development practices.
• Develop, test, and deploy SPFx web parts and solutions using React and modern PnP components.
• Build and troubleshoot automated workflows using Power Automate for document management, approvals, and notifications.
• Create low-code Power Apps that integrate with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services.
• Collaborate within an Agile squad to deliver features, improve velocity, and maintain documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online, including handling large volumes of legal documents.
• 5+ years of SPFx design, development, and deployment in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years proficiency with PowerShell and the Power Platform (Microsoft Graph, PnP, Search, REST APIs).
• Strong development skills using the React framework for SharePoint web parts.
• Experience assessing, enhancing, and troubleshooting complex Power Automate flows.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, DLP, retention policies, eDiscovery, and governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Legal eDocs or similar document management products.
• Proven ability to share knowledge and contribute to a community of practice.
