Description

Architect and manage SharePoint sites to lead the digitization and automation of paper-based records.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, and metadata structures for agency-wide digitization.
• Develop a SharePoint Records Center using retention labels, file plans, and automated workflows.
• Apply UI/UX best practices to ensure 508 compliance and adherence to design standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate unique requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot security issues and provide technical guidance on SharePoint features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a SharePoint and/or Web Developer.
• 3+ years of experience in UI and UX design.
• Extensive experience developing custom SharePoint solutions.
• Proficiency with Power Platform components including PowerApps and Power Automate/Flow.
• Expertise in SharePoint Designer and InfoPath.
• Experience with SharePoint site creation, view configuration, and metadata management.
• Ability to manage the Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center.
• Experience using Migration Manager.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory, and O365.

Preferred Skills

• In-depth understanding of SharePoint within records management, information governance, or compliance roles.
• Certifications including SC-900, MS-500, or Box Certified Professional.
