Description

You will architect and manage SharePoint Online environments as centralized document repositories for multiple customers and departments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-tenant document management architecture.
• Develop document taxonomies, content types, and term stores.
• Build custom forms and workflows for document retrieval and processing.
• Configure workflows triggered by document changes or scheduled events.
• Implement retention schedules and standard security models for 365 users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development and system configuration.
• Expertise in SharePoint Online (SPO) setup and configuration.
• Proven experience with Power Platform development.
• Proficiency with SharePoint Designer and SharePoint Server.
• Ability to manage document taxonomy and term stores.
• Experience implementing document retention schedules.
• Strong understanding of 365 user security requirements.
• Competency in data manipulation and LINQ.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with document scanning processes.
