Description

Lead SharePoint On-Premises to Online migration and development within Microsoft 365.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing SharePoint On-Premises environments for migration readiness.
• Execute migration of data, workflows, and customizations to SharePoint Online.
• Configure and develop solutions to enhance collaboration in modern Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and support testing and validation activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
• Proven experience migrating SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 and modern SharePoint environments.
• Hands-on experience with migration tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, or similar.
• Ability to develop or support custom SharePoint solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Experience with Power Platform integration for workflow modernization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex environment assessments and large-scale migrations.
