Description

Design, build, and manage Exchange and SharePoint infrastructure for high-availability messaging and content management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Exchange and SharePoint server setups, ensuring security, controls, and coexistence across forests.
• Build end-to-end messaging environments, including SMTP relay, mail flow, and Teamsite farm configuration.
• Develop PowerShell automation scripts to streamline server management, deployment, and operational efficiency.
• Create comprehensive documentation for design, security models, migration plans, and project progress.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to L1 and L2 support teams for ongoing maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and engineering Exchange and SharePoint architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online.
• Strong proficiency in Exchange Server administration and configuration.
• Advanced scripting skills with PowerShell for automation.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, SMTP Relay, and Active Directory.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with infrastructure operating systems and end-user computing management.
• Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
