Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and migration of enterprise SharePoint Online solutions, specifically focusing on transitions from IBM FileNet.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead SharePoint Online design and implementation activities
• Design site structures, content types, libraries, and permission models
• Manage Microsoft Purview for records management, retention labels, and information protection
• Redesign workflows using Power Automate
• Support testing, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience
• 4–6+ years working specifically on SharePoint Online
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Proficiency in ShareGate or AvePoint migration tools
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API
• PowerShell scripting capabilities
• Proven track record in enterprise migration programs

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with IBM FileNet to SharePoint migration
• Records Management and Content Lifecycle Management
