Description

You will lead SharePoint Online design, implementation, and governance for enterprise environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SharePoint Online structures, including sites, libraries, content types, and permissions.
• Configure and support migration tools such as Sharegate and AvePoint, supporting FileNet to SharePoint migration activities.
• Redesign workflows using Power Automate and manage Microsoft Purview for records management and retention.
• Manage SharePoint governance, security, and user access while supporting testing, UAT, and Go-Live phases.
• Conduct user training sessions and support adoption activities alongside business and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with 4–6+ years specifically on SharePoint Online.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Purview (Records Management, Retention Labels, Information Protection).
• Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow redesign (mandatory).
• Experience with migration projects using Sharegate, AvePoint, or Metalogix.
• Deep understanding of document management, metadata, and SharePoint security models.
• Experience supporting enterprise migration programs and working with onsite/offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

• FileNet to SharePoint migration experience.
• Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell scripting.
