Lead a team of developers to deliver Microsoft-based solutions using SharePoint and the Power Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers through the project lifecycle.
• Communicate directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Manage and implement modern SharePoint and M365 environments.
• Develop custom solutions using .NET and Azure.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading developer teams.
• 3+ years of experience in direct stakeholder management.
• Expertise in M365 and Modern SharePoint.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Azure.
• Experience in .NET custom development.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
