Administer and optimize SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server environments, ensuring platform reliability and security for enterprise users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server environments.
• Manage Microsoft 365 users, groups, permissions, and security configurations.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize SharePoint infrastructure for performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.
• Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and security best practices.
• 4+ years of experience in IT engineering or systems administration.
• Solid background in infrastructure, server, and platform support.
• Troubleshoot platform, server, and access-related issues efficiently.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and provide user training.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, Microsoft 365).
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
