Description

You will lead the planning, design, and execution of SharePoint migration projects from on-premises environments to SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, or hybrid solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current SharePoint environments to identify risks and performance concerns.
• Execute migrations of sites and content using tools like Sharegate, Metalogix, or PowerShell scripts.
• Troubleshoot issues regarding data integrity, permissions, and site configurations.
• Document migration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide post-migration support to validate data and resolve end-user issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in SharePoint migration or administration.
• Expertise in SharePoint Online and On-premises, including site collection and content management.
• Proficiency with SharePoint migration tools such as Sharegate or Metalogix.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and migration tasks.
• Hands-on experience with Office 365 and SharePoint Online architecture.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 workload migrations, including Email, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Proven ability to manage document management and site configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or Office 365.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
