Description

You will lead SharePoint Online to SharePoint Online (SPO–SPO) and cross-tenant migration projects, managing sites, lists, libraries, and custom integrations. You will design and develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven) and Power Automate, handling solution packaging and lifecycle management across tenants. You will execute migrations using ShareGate, including assessment, planning, validation, and post-migration support. You will configure SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft Teams via admin portals and drive cross-tenant migrations of Teams and M365 Groups in compliance with Microsoft guidelines. You will collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements, manage risks, and ensure adherence to security policies and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPO-to-SPO and cross-tenant migration projects using ShareGate.
• Design and develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions for SharePoint Online.
• Manage Power Platform solution packaging, exporting, and deployment across tenants.
• Configure and administer SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft Teams.
• Collaborate with clients and support teams to validate migrations and resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online migrations.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven) and Power Automate.
• Proven experience in Power Platform solution lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration and Power Platform Admin Center.
• Extensive experience using ShareGate for cross-tenant migrations.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, security, and governance.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and M365 Groups migration scenarios.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
