Description

You will design, configure, and deliver solutions across Microsoft Teams and SharePoint platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration from Cisco WebEx to Microsoft Teams and transition file-sharing solutions like Dropbox and Google Drive to SharePoint.
• Design and implement Teams Voice and telephony solutions, including integration with Exchange/Office 365 Unified Messaging and Polycom handsets.
• Configure SharePoint Online site architecture, focusing on modern sites, hub sites, document libraries, and security controls.
• Establish governance, access permissions, and security hardening policies within Azure and Office 365.
• Develop technical documentation, blueprints, and roadmaps for platform implementation and stakeholder syndication.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development or systems configuration.
• 3-5 years of direct experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint configuration and administration.
• Proven experience in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online administration and customization.
• Hands-on expertise with Office 365 and Azure, specifically regarding license management, monitoring, and security hardening.
• Experience deploying audio, video, and telephony solutions, including video conferencing smartboards.
• Deep understanding of SharePoint Online security architecture and modern site standards.
• Technical proficiency in migrating data from Windows file servers and other cloud storage providers.
• Ability to integrate Teams and SharePoint with external systems and unified communications platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco WebEx migration.
