Description

Lead architectural design and implementation of O365 environments, guiding technical strategy for large-scale migrations and deployments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design overall O365 architecture and present technical walkthroughs to customers for approval.
• Define and execute rollout strategies for MS Teams across the organization.
• Guide development teams on finalized designs and provide technical clarifications.
• Document technical requirements and conduct walkthroughs with customer teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.

Required Skills

• 10 to 14 years of total IT experience.
• 6+ years of experience with O365, MS Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Proven experience with at least 5 large-scale O365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Hands-on experience configuring O365 tenants, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and MS Teams.
• Proficiency with O365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS Teams admin centers.
• Extensive experience using PowerShell for administration and migration.
• Experience developing and migrating with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• 2+ years of experience in product development.
• 2+ years of experience working with offshore teams using Agile methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AvePoint FLY Migration Tool.
• O365 technical certifications.
