Description

You will manage and support the Microsoft 365 ecosystem with a focus on SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions.
• Administer Microsoft Teams, including channels, apps, guest access, and governance policies.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and identify root causes for Exchange Online and OneDrive.
• Implement security measures, data encryption, access controls, and compliance policies.
• Document configuration details, troubleshooting steps, and technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Proficiency in Exchange Online (EXO) administration.
• Expertise in Microsoft Teams administration and settings.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Admin Center and Teams Admin Center.
• Proficiency using PowerShell for administrative tasks.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint and Teams integration.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
• Any Graduate degree.
