Description

You will design and configure SharePoint Online as an enterprise content management system to support diverse departments and customer needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect SharePoint Online solutions for varied document repositories and use cases.
• Develop document taxonomies, content types, and term stores to organize enterprise data.
• Build custom forms and automated workflows triggered by document changes or scheduled events.
• Implement retention schedules and a standardized security model for Microsoft 365 users.
• Configure SharePoint Online as a centralized document repository for pilot and ongoing programs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online (SPO) setup and configuration.
• Proven experience in Power Platform development.
• Expertise in creating document taxonomies and managing term stores.
• Ability to design and implement complex workflows and custom forms.
• Experience establishing retention schedules and document management structures.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 user security models and access controls.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with document scanning processes.
