Description

Act as an ECM Business Analyst focusing on solution design and quality assurance for SharePoint and web-based projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design SharePoint and web-based solutions to support business processes within the transportation lifecycle.
• Break down designs into manageable work items for development teams and track progress through completion.
• Coordinate with clients to implement re-engineered business processes and prototype new applications.
• Perform quality assurance testing on content management deliverables and manage test validation.
• Draft and deliver technical training materials and documentation to ensure successful user rollout.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Expertise in designing custom Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types.
• Experience designing and testing SharePoint and web-based content management solutions.
• Experience evaluating and re-engineering business processes.
• Working knowledge of the application development life cycle.
• Proficiency in writing technical training materials and user documentation.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a SharePoint Business Analyst or in a Quality Assurance role.
• Extensive experience in a designer or owner role.
