Description

Act as the ECM Business Analyst for SharePoint and web-based solution design and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Design SharePoint and web-based solutions to support preconstruction business processes.
• Break down designs into manageable work items for development teams and track progress.
• Coordinate with clients to implement re-engineered business processes and prototype applications.
• Perform quality assurance testing and coordinate test validation and rollout.
• Draft and deliver technical training materials and user documentation for new processes and applications.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience designing custom Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types.
• Experience designing and testing SharePoint and web-based content management solutions.
• Expertise in evaluating and re-engineering business processes.
• Working knowledge of the application development life cycle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to communicate technical applications to business users and business processes to IT users.
• Experience writing clear, concise technical training materials and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience specifically as a SharePoint Business Analyst.
• Experience in Quality Assurance testing.
• Knowledge of NC DOT preconstruction or transportation lifecycle business processes.
