Description

Design and deliver SharePoint-based content management solutions while acting as the primary ECM Business Analyst for solution architecture and quality assurance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design SharePoint and web-based solutions to support business processes, breaking them down into manageable work items for development teams.
• Coordinate with clients to implement re-engineered processes and validate prototype applications.
• Perform quality assurance testing, coordinate test validation, and manage rollout activities.
• Draft and deliver technical training materials and user documentation for new applications.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience designing custom Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types.
• Experience designing and testing SharePoint and web-based content management solutions.
• Expertise in evaluating and re-engineering business processes.
• Working knowledge of the application development life cycle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to communicate technical applications to business users and business processes to IT users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience specifically as a SharePoint Business Analyst.
• Experience in Quality Assurance testing.
