Description

You will lead the technical architecture and design for SharePoint and O365 solutions and migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using SharePoint (On-prem 2010-2019 and Online) and .NET technologies.
• Lead technical architecture, including high-level and low-level designs for migration projects.
• Translate complex functional requirements into detailed software development sprint plans and release schedules.
• Manage and mentor developers based in the US and Eastern Europe.
• Execute migrations from Confluence to SharePoint and migrate SharePoint databases between servers without using central administration or the configuration wizard.
• Develop custom web parts using SPFx, CSOM, JSOM, and SharePoint extensions.
• Build complex PnP PowerShell scripts and implement workflows using Power Automate and NINTEX.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in SharePoint architecture and development.
• Deep knowledge of SharePoint on-prem, hybrid, and online architectures.
• Expertise in migrating data from Confluence to SharePoint.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework, CLR, XML, C#, ASP.Net, and VS.Net.
• Experience with JQuery and Team Foundation Server.
• Hands-on experience with SPFx, CSOM, JSOM, and SharePoint extension development.
• Ability to integrate third-party software like SAP using Graph and REST APIs.
• Experience with PnP PowerShell and DevOps deployment processes.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and workflow modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Project management experience for assigning and tracking deliverables.
• Experience with KPIs, Excel services, BDC, and BI.
