Description

You will design, develop, and deploy SharePoint-based solutions and automation to replace manual, paper-driven processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop SharePoint solutions integrated via API to automate manual workflows.
  • Analyze the current SharePoint environment to recommend improvements for efficiency, security, and usability.
  • Create a detailed migration plan for moving the company intranet to SharePoint, covering design, content, and access management.
  • Design and implement hierarchical structures and configuration improvements for the SharePoint environment.
  • Document all SharePoint solutions, automation processes, and migration strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams to test and deploy solutions that meet specific business requirements.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in SharePoint solution design, including lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.
  • Solid understanding of SharePoint permissions, user management, and governance.
  • Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience using APIs for SharePoint customization.
  • Knowledge of content management, document management, and enterprise search within SharePoint.
  • Experience with SharePoint integration of existing applications and systems.
  • Ability to provide technical training and guidance on SharePoint processes.

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer or equivalent.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (Power Automate).
  • Power Platform App Maker Associate.
