You will design, develop, and implement SharePoint workflows and automation solutions.
Responsibilities
Design and implement two approval workflows using Power Automate within SharePoint Online.
Configure email and Microsoft Teams notifications for workflow initiators and approvers.
Develop workflow processes that allow users to edit and save PDF files directly via links in notifications without downloading to Windows File Explorer.
Test, customize, and deliver workflow processes that meet specific requirements.
Provide technical advice on Power Automate utilization and conduct cross-training on implemented solutions.
Required Skills
7 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint design and development.
Expertise in SharePoint Online.
Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation.
Experience configuring Microsoft Teams notifications for automated processes.
Ability to implement direct file editing workflows for PDF documents.
Strong communication skills and demonstrated US-based professional experience.
Availability to support client operations during EST 9am - 5pm.
Preferred Skills
Experience with advanced PDF manipulation within automated workflows.
