SharePoint Tech Lead

Lead the design, development, and support of internal-facing SharePoint systems and infrastructure. Own technical governance, security, and delivery coordination between onshore and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development, evaluating system architecture, components, and framework programming.
• Develop solution implementations and functional prototypes using model and event-driven design practices.
• Manage and maintain SharePoint system environments, ensuring technical governance and security.
• Create portals and workflows by developing coding constructs, frameworks, components, and interfaces.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and design documents.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in SharePoint 2016 architecture, design, development, and implementation.
• Expertise with Microsoft SharePoint Server 2016 and SharePoint Online.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Technology Stack, including .NET Framework, C#, VB.Net, ADO.Net, and ASP.Net.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Designer, Portals, and Web Part development.
• Experience with Angular and component-based applications, including web services and application integration.
• Proven ability to implement SharePoint information architectures, workflows, and mobile applications.
• Experience using source management control tools to manage development, staging, test, and production environments.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and technical project management.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field.
