Description

You will lead the design, development, and support of internal SharePoint systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of SharePoint system environments to support business initiatives.
• Coordinate technical delivery between offshore teams in India and onshore resources in EST.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and system designs.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including source management across development, staging, test, and production environments.
• Guide development teams in building component-based applications, web services, and data access layers.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in SharePoint 2016 architecture, design, development, and implementation.
• Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint Server 2016 and SharePoint Online.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Technology Stack: .Net Framework, C#, VB.Net, ADO.Net, and ASP.Net.
• Hands-on experience with Angular and SharePoint Designer.
• Proven ability to implement SharePoint information architectures, workflows, and mobile applications.
• Experience integrating SharePoint with backend operational and content management systems.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management.
• Experience with web/portal structure, usability, and user experience interface design.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft SharePoint Certifications (MCSE or MCSD).
