Description

Lead technical implementation and management within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem as an individual contributor.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage SharePoint Online, M365, and MS Teams configurations following industry best practices.
• Direct governance and security protocols through the SharePoint admin center.
• Translate client requirements into technical execution and handle client communication.
• Identify root causes for technical issues and communicate findings openly.
• Track and manage project tasks, backlogs, and individual deliverables.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of total IT experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with M365, MS Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Proficiency with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience developing with SPFx and PowerShell.
• Deep understanding of SharePoint Online and Power Platform administration.
• Experience with client handling and requirements management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Technical certifications in O365.
