Description

Lead the technical SharePoint roadmap, driving decision-making, forecasting, and cost management for large-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead migrations from SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Subscription Edition and SharePoint Online Hybrid models.
• Define architectural vision and configuration for SharePoint 2016, 2019, and SE stacks.
• Provide M365 configuration expertise to establish and maintain hybrid SharePoint installations.
• Convert business requirements into technical architecture and design solutions while mitigating risks.
• Evaluate third-party integrations and assess new services including M365 and Co-Pilot.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with the M365 platform.
• 5+ years managing logical and physical functions of complex SharePoint systems.
• 5+ years working with hybrid M365 and SharePoint on-premises installations.
• Strong experience implementing Power BI Server (On-Prem) with SharePoint 2019/SE stacks.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and enterprise application design on Microsoft platforms.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including SAFe.
• Knowledge of 508 requirements.
• Ability to handle deployments, troubleshooting, and proof of concepts.
• Experience with Jira.

Preferred Skills

• MCP/MCTS certifications.
• Previous experience or partnership with Microsoft or Nintex.
