Description

Design and implement SharePoint solutions to support business processes and content management in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

• Design SharePoint solutions including custom lists, libraries, and content types.
• Break down complex designs into manageable work items for development teams.
• Coordinate with clients to prototype, refine, test, and debug applications.
• Perform quality assurance testing and coordinate rollout for web-based deliverables.
• Draft and deliver technical training materials and user documentation for new processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a SharePoint Business Analyst or Business Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience designing Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types.
• 5+ years of experience designing and testing SharePoint and web-based content management solutions.
• 5+ years of experience evaluating and re-engineering business processes.
• 5+ years of experience writing technical training materials and user documentation.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• 2+ years of working knowledge of the application development life cycle.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to communicate business processes to IT users and technical applications to business users.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with SCRUM/Agile development methodology.
• 2+ years of experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of NCDOT transportation life cycle business processes.
