Description

You will manage and support SharePoint on-premises and Microsoft 365 business solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across SharePoint Server 2016 and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Execute infrastructure activities including patching, upgrades, and data migrations for OneDrive and SharePoint.
  • Manage change requests and service requests for BAU tasks.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all SharePoint and M365 applications.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to handle escalations from the service desk.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT administration and break/fix operations.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server 2016 and SharePoint Online.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services, including Teams and OneDrive.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administration.
  • Working knowledge of Azure technologies.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder communication.
