You will manage and support SharePoint on-premises and Microsoft 365 business solutions.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across SharePoint Server 2016 and Microsoft 365 services.
- Execute infrastructure activities including patching, upgrades, and data migrations for OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Manage change requests and service requests for BAU tasks.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all SharePoint and M365 applications.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to handle escalations from the service desk.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT administration and break/fix operations.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server 2016 and SharePoint Online.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services, including Teams and OneDrive.
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administration.
- Working knowledge of Azure technologies.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder communication.
