Description

You will manage the administration, configuration, and support of SharePoint and OneDrive environments, owning their end-to-end lifecycle from setup to migration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions to ensure proper configuration and adherence to best practices.
• Configure OneDrive for Business accounts, including user access, storage quotas, and synchronization settings.
• Design collaborative solutions using document sharing, co-authoring, and workflow automation.
• Execute migration projects from legacy systems to SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Implement security measures, data governance policies, and access controls to ensure compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SharePoint and OneDrive administration, configuration, and support.
• In-depth understanding of SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint site architecture and content management.
• Expertise in permission management and data governance.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and OneDrive tools.
• Ability to manage metadata, tagging, and version control mechanisms.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving within Microsoft environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
