Description

Lead a small team managing a large performance testing environment during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2-3 people during scheduled shifts, including weekends.
• Manage a large-scale performance testing environment.
• Communicate regular technical updates and status reports to the customer.
• Analyze and present performance data, including CPU utilization, response times, and network latency.
• Collect and compare data sets to ensure environment stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Java and J2EE.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle 11g and PL/SQL, including query plans and AWR reports.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Experience using Appdynamics, Splunk, or Grafana for monitoring.
• Ability to work shifts: 7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pm EST.
• Proven ability to handle customer communications directly.
• Strong data analysis, compilation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex performance testing metrics like think time and network latency.
