Description

You will own the development, customization, and optimization of Shopify storefronts and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid to build scalable, responsive eCommerce storefronts.
• Build dynamic UI/UX components using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 while ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs with third-party apps and services to extend platform functionality.
• Optimize storefront performance, SEO, and conversion rates to enhance user engagement.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Shopify development.
• Strong expertise in the Liquid templating language.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and SEO best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Shopify Plus.
• Knowledge of Headless Commerce (Hydrogen, React) and Next.js.
• Exposure to analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
