Description

Develop and maintain Shopify storefronts with a focus on UI quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+.
• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces and create clean layouts without full mockups.
• Develop dynamic sections and blocks using JSON and Liquid-based architecture.
• Optimize storefront performance, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-device compatibility.
• Integrate third-party apps, analytics scripts, and marketing tools into the storefront.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Shopify frontend and UI development.
• Strong understanding of Shopify theme architecture and meta fields.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript ES6+.
• Experience with Git for version control and collaborative code releases.
• Ability to convert designs into functional code with attention to detail.
• Basic familiarity with React.js for component usage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Next.js for minor UI work and component logic.
• Knowledge of LCP optimization, lazy loading, and asset handling.
• Experience with WordPress frontend customization.
