Description

Manage and develop enterprise CRM solutions within an Agile Release Train environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRM solutions for contact centers by integrating feedback from Agile teams and business sponsors.
• Deliver functional features every 12 weeks through participation in PI Planning, daily standups, and iteration reviews.
• Collaborate with DevOps and program management to release features to production following established change management processes.
• Handle design analysis, coding, and defect resolution within the JIRA backlog.
• Monitor system performance, suggest improvements, and provide expert troubleshooting during critical production outages.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Siebel CRM and Configuration.
• 5+ years of expertise in Siebel Scripting and eScripting.
• 5+ years of experience with Siebel Workflows, Business Process Automation, and Exception Handling.
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• 3+ years of experience with Web Services, including REST or SOAP.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL and designing, building, and testing advanced systems.
• Technical knowledge of Siebel SOAP Structure, WSDLs, XSDs, XMLs, and Siebel EAI.
• Experience modifying Integration Keys, Table keys, IC Hierarchies, and synchronizing IO objects.
• Familiarity with Siebel/Genesys CTI.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience with SAFe and DevOps processes.
