Description

You will design, customize, and maintain Siebel CRM applications to meet business requirements.

You will own the on-site work mode.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize Siebel applications using Siebel Tools and industry best practices.
• Configure business components, applets, views, and workflows to meet functional needs.
• Develop and maintain business logic using Siebel eScript and Siebel VB.
• Implement Siebel EAI solutions for system integration, including data mapping and transformation.
• Execute Siebel upgrades and migrations while maintaining technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working with Siebel CRM.
• Expertise in Siebel Tools, including Siebel Object Explorer and Siebel Repository.
• Proficiency in Siebel eScript and Visual Basic (VB) scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Siebel EAI, Integration Objects, and Workflow Processes.
• Strong understanding of Siebel configuration, including applets and business components.
• Knowledge of Siebel data models, schema, and database architecture.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Siebel Certification in Business Analyst, Developer, or Administrator roles.
