Description

You will manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Siebel CRM environment in a large-scale enterprise setting.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Siebel CRM software and related components.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular upgrades and patches.
• Manage user access, security settings, and collaborate with development teams on customizations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
• Provide technical support to end-users and participate in on-call rotations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Siebel Administrator.
• Deep understanding of Siebel architecture, configuration, and administration.
• Proficiency in Siebel Tools, Server Administration, and Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM).
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging Siebel applications.
• Ability to integrate Siebel CRM with other enterprise systems.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle database administration knowledge.
• Siebel certification(s).
